If a client calls you, and says "This is Mrs Lewis from Cambridge", you should be able to find that customer record in seconds by just typing in her name and where she is from into your CRM Software.
If she goes on to say "I'd like to discuss the quote you gave us", you should be able to view that quote at the click of a button.
If she then says "We're very interested, but can you give us a quote for 4 doors instead of 3 ?" you should be able to amend the quote in seconds and reply back "I've created a new quote for you, Mrs Lewis. Shall I email it straight to your hotmail account as a PDF ?".
And looking at the customer history you might add "How are the windows we fitted for you last year ?"
